CONRAIL REMEMBERED™ VOL. 3 (from 1-West Productions™) : From our Featured Series, we now have available our Series of CONRAIL REMEMBERED™, where we preserve the great railroad of Conrail. In Vol. 3, we continue where we left off from Vol. 1 & 2, with more Conrail action in the EC IN area towns of Muncie, Farmland, Cowan, Richmond, Winchester, Redkey, Union City, and Daleville. See more run-through freight types such as mix, coal, TOFC, and locals. Also great CR caboose action- with transfers and an an ex-PRR/PC N5C “porthole caboose”. Also see run-through power of UP and SP, older generation standard cab CR EMD and GEs, and newer CR wide cabs are now showing up on the system. Also get a view of CR switching at Redkey, IN (on their ex-PRR/PC Panhandle line, now removed in Redkey) with a grain train to be interchanged with NS’s Frankfort District. Most of the action is on the ex-NYC/PC/CR Ohio Central/Indiana Div. Bee Line, which became CR’s Indianapolis Div./Indianapolis Line. We also see some CR local action on NS’s New Castle Dist. (at Cowan), that was part of the ex-LE&W/NKP/N&W line that connected with the ex-PRR/PC Richmond Branch (later purchased by the N&W).
